Beginning his career with SriLankan Airlines, he honed his expertise in airline operations before taking on leadership roles with two leading Middle Eastern carriers, excelling in dynamic, high-performance environments.

Most recently, as Head of Operations for Maldivian Airlines in Colombo, Chathura played a key role in streamlining airline operations, focusing on efficiency, service excellence, and operational management. His entrepreneurial drive led him to establish Students First, a consultancy dedicated to empowering students in their pursuit of overseas education.
